Limited parking with easy access to the new Jetty-Gazebo. There are ample shore options available. Access via Milne Street, Bayswater. Facilities include large grassed areas, public toilets, café, BBQs and playground with fencing and shade sails.

Species likely to be encountered here include, black bream, flathead, mulloway, yellowtail grunter.
