Project Description
Freshwater Bay Jetty or the Old Tea Rooms jetty is accessible off The Esplanade in Peppermint Grove. Parking is on the verge and there is access along the foreshore or down the stairs at the end of Leake St. There are public toilets towards the rowing shed however they seem to be only open on weekends. The area has a grassed foreshore and further along there is a beach.
Species likely to be encountered here include black bream, flathead, flounder, tailor, herring, pilchard, mulloway, silver Bream, yellowfin whiting, squid, crabs and river prawns.
