Cleaning Up The Dawesville Cut

Do you fish the Dawesville Cut and want to see it kept as an enjoyable and safe fishing location? Come and join us this Saturday for our Clean Up Australia Day Event.

This is an Open to Join Event.

Activity:

Recfishwest is Western Australia‘s peak recreational fishing body and strives to ensure high quality fishing experiences are maintained and enjoyed. Recently in excess of 300 people turned up at Woodman Point to share in our restocking of Snapper into Jervois Bay. We therefore are pleased to invite recreational fishers to join us in cleaning up the banks of the popular fishing location the Dawesville Channel (The Cut).

Conditions of participation:

Wear suitable clothing E.g. long sleeve shirt, pants, a hat and enclosed footwear. Be sure to bring along items such as gloves sunscreen, insect repellent and a water bottle – And your sense of humour. All events are held outdoors so are subject to weather permitting. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Contact event provider for any specific requirements including provision of insurance coverage.
